Cooking Classes

Whether you are a beginner or wish to pursue a career in the culinary arts, we can offer you classes tailored to your specific needs to help you achieve your goals. We offer individual classes, both demonstration and hands on, as well as a number of topics offered as a series of classes.

Want to learn how to cook, improve your skills or expand your culinary horizons? With over 30 years experience as a cooking instructor, John's sessions are both fun and informative. Rather than just present and reproduce recipes, he goes into great detail about the ingredients, cooking techniques and the culinary history of the different cultures that have had an influence on the recipe. Whether you are interested in improving your diet, making mealtime more exciting or pursuing a career in the culinary arts, we can provide you with the skills and knowledge you will need to achieve your goals.

We are pleased to offer individual and family cooking instruction, either at our kitchen or in the comfort of your kitchen.

If you've been wanting to change your eating habits and learn more about the benefits of a healthier diet, then this service is ideally suited to you. You can decide what areas of your diet you'd like to focus on, how often to schedule a class, and how long each session should be. (There is a two-hour minimum for classes.)
